We use scripts to change our agents skill sets "on the fly". We do this in groups of three to five. The issue that we have is that after awhile, the scripts and the two real time reports will stop functioning. In order for us to complete our work, we need to go into task manager, and select a cms process and choose "end Process Tree".

We have upgraded our machine and have plenty of memory and speed, but it still happens. Is there a patch or a glitch or something? Any help is appreciated.

What error message do you get when they stop running?

Do you reboot your CMS server each month?

That is actually handled by Telecom, but I would suspect no. Would that be the reason?

I have seen things like this happen because the CMS is not on a regular reboot schedule and you have many scripts running. It's worth asking them how often it is rebooted. It will take about 5 minutes to reboot and during this time there will be no data collection and user access.
