I have scenario in wich I'm trying to get assistance with.Please provide input if possible.(CMS is showing that there is a call holding in a queue, however there are no calls holding)
What refresh rate are you using in your real-time report? It could just be that you need to reduce this as if the refresh rate is say 30 seconds and you had a call in the queue when the report refreshed it will show there until the next refresh is complete?
I have had this same problem at least twice on a CMS version 11. The only way I could get this issue fixed was to reboot the CMS server. This was recommended by our support folks.
