Hi,

Just a quick question...does anyone know of a quick way to remove 700 agent logins from the dictionary on CMS? They are all numerical in ascending order and within a range..

Thanks in advance,
Natalie

UtilCall has a bulk config tool that should do that. I've used it to add Agents to CMS. Not sure it works with CMS v14 yet.

works without a problem with r14. Only if you se CM4 and want to bulkload anything ... don't used dadmin as it uses the f**cking pin code ... and that's not supported with the utilcall tool. But it's a very nice tool!! :)

It can also be done directly on CMS by manually deleteing these records from the Informamix database table using DBACCESS utility with a simple SQL statement. This may also be used to load a bulk of new agent records.

Correction on database name:
It can also be done directly on CMS by manually deleteing these records from the Informix (was incorrectly typed as Informamix) database table using DBACCESS utility with a simple SQL statement. This may also be used to load a bulk of new agent records.
