CMS R16.3 - Multiple agents go into "other" state

Hi,

Here's the scenario:

Multiple agents, while in a variety of states (aux, available, after-call, etc.), all of a sudden are placed in "other" state. This requires them to enter the state they where in before this happens. Checked the skill and everything looks good. Has anyone encountered that and know why it would happen? Please advise.

do they goto other state physically or just in report on CMS?
if just CMS then CMS is loosing link here, you need to check logs also check connectivity. could be duplex issue on network
