Hi,

Is it any way to show the value callr-info in a CMS real time report ?

Thanks in advance

David

Hello Dmouge,
There is one possibility that I can think of, that is to find a report that already has that field, go into CMS Terminal (or use ASA) drop down to Custom Reports, create a new report and use Get copy of design. You will then have to find your report, the one that has the field you want to copy, and find out what its calculation is. You will want to write this down. You can then add to one of your custom reports the database field that you need. Just keep in mind that you cannot “cross-pollinate” with regards to historical and real time. That database item may not be available, but you can check the CMS dictionary to be certain.
Hope this helps.

We don't use a CALLR-INFO button, so bear with me....

Are you trying to capture the incoming ANI on a real-time report, or the collected digits from the caller via a VDN step?

It looks like the CMS equivalent of CALLR-INFO is the item LASTDIGITS, which is available on the Call Record Tables in CMS. Not sure how to get this field into a modified real-time report, however - I'll keep looking.....

In fact we would like to view a collect digits but in a
real time. The collect digit will be like a customer code.
we already got the info with our external call history server but it's not in real time ....

The idea is to automate the research of the customer data like a CTI environment but without the Cost of a cti.
