CMS Othercalls in Vector

Hello all! I am looking at a vector report that shows othercalls. What exactly is this? Calls that were given a busy signal by the switch? Calls that the switch disconnected (don't know why) or RONA calls? Callers that pressed 1 to leave a voicemail message?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The number of INCALLS that were redirected out of the vector, given a busy signal, or were disconnected. OTHERCALLS includes BUSYCALLS, DISCCALLS, and OUTFLOWCALLS.
OTHERCALLS = INCALLS - ACDCALLS - ABNCALLS
