Hello:

I am running CMS supervisor on a XP machine this is the second time it has crapped out. Basically the buttons on the login screen are blank and after I enter my password and press the blank OK button the login screen just sits there. Is there some sort of patch for XP?

I guess that would help :)

I am running version 11 FK04

Have you tried deleting your CVS_Cache.tmp file? You can find it here:

C:\Program Files\Avaya\CMS Supervisor V11\Cache

Thank you very much...deleting the cache file worked!!

Upgrade the R3V11 Supervisor client to release FM.02, this version automatically deletes and re-creates the cache when the application is restarted.
