Hi,

i need to have a line showing in a historical interval report even if no activity has taken place within that interval. currently if there is no activity within that interval, CMS doesn't show this line at all.

I would also like to show a line for agents even if they haven't logged in so that when i run an agent group report all agents appear regardless of whether they were logged in or not.

can anyone help on how i would go about achieveing this?

thanks ash

If you are limited to using CVS Report Designer, then you are out of luck. CMS extracts data from its tables and reports on what it finds, not what it doesn't find.

There are a few options to explore. 1) Export the reports to Excel and then use Excel capabilities to "add" missing data. 2) Customized ODBC coding and you can create output anyway you like or 3) create user tables within CMS and create a CVS report that performs a table "join" that forces data in the user table to have precedence. Of these 3, I know that 1 & 2 are possible, option 3, not so much.

CMS will only show blank if there was no activity AND there was no agents logged in to the skill. If you create a login id and have it logged in it will show those intervals all with zero's rather than blank.
