This morning, our CMS system overheated and shut down for about 5 hours due to the A/C failing in the serve room. Is there any way of getting that call data from our S8500 server? Is that data gone?

There is BCMS embedded in the CM software ... however .. only objects measures either internal or both will be recorded and it has a limited amount of space so it may overwrite data once the buffers fill.

Even if you did happen to have the vdns and such measured internal or both you will have to extract the data manually unless you have a system printer. If you have a system printer you can print the data.

Keep in mind that the clock is ticking. The longer it takes to manually record or print the data the more you'll lose. As I said it overwrites itself when the buffer fills.

I should have mentioned .. the commands will be something along the lines of "monitor bcms..." and you'll have options like split, skill, VDN, system.

Or do list bcms vdn xxxx, list bcms skill xx...etc... that will give you the bcms stats.
