How does CMS licensing equate to agents and skills e.g.

we have 13 agents, each agent has no more than 15 skills assigned to them.

Do we need 13 CMS linceses allowing us to report on 13 agents and 780 max skills?

If we increase agents to report on do we need additional licenses per agent or does the difference between 780 skills and 195 skills in use allow us to report on more agents upto 780 skills max.

CMS Agent licensing is based on 'butts-in-the-seat', not the number of Skills. For every simutaneous agent that logs in you will need a license. I'm not sure if you can still buy R13 licensing. There may also be a minimum number of licenses required.

Cheers Kevin, any idea how much licensing costs?

Whatever your budget is add a zero to the end.

sorry couldn't resist.

One point to note though, Supervisor licenses are different from agent licenses. You need different licenses to run the stats once you have the agents logged in. There are hardware limits on the number of supervisor licenses also, e.g. a Sunblade 150 will havea limit on CMS13 of 67 supervisor licenses.
