I just had the same problem and "rel mis" fixed it as well.
My question is: What is "mis" ? And how would it get into a busy state?
What can I look at as a preventative measure for this not happening in the future?

I had the same issue, was an end user that kept busing out the MIS. Do a "list history" and see who's doing it and ask them why.

'mis' stood for Management Information System, the forerunner of CMS. It was based on the AP16 architecture and goes back to 1984.
