CMS Interval Archiving Running Error 1

Hi all

This is very specific problem, but may be there can be anybody to know hot to fix this problem.

Sometimes, CMS interval data arhciving could be stand running case, and it can not finish. As a result, we can not get reports.

So, is there anybody who is genius can solve this trouble?

How can we finish interval archiving and solve this can occur rarely problem.

To be able to help you we would need some more information. This could be any number of things..
What does the error log report show?

On the centreVu error log; i can see 2100 error code definition is unable to execute real time database manager, Some real time reports can not run, call services. but, i think I need error reports from database, but i do not know how can i check thsi errors.
