CMS info - call records

I am running CM 3.2 with CMS supervisro R13,,,
On the call records report (hit=storical-other-call records)
It records calls coming into vdn/stations/agents
It also shows agent to agent calls, and outbound agent calls
It does not show outbound calls from stations,,,
Is there a way to get the CMS or the PBX itself to record calls being made from stations..?

You need a CDR program (Call Detail Recording). We use eCAS from Veramark; there are others out there as well.

Thanks Susan,,, I have a free program that I am using,, but it is not that robust...
I was hoping there would be a work-around to enable that,, oh well,,

Quick question, what prgram are you using? Does anyone know of any good free open source call loggers that work with Avaya?
