i had three failed this week. 2 I fixed myself and one had to go to tier 3. Is it weekly or daily that has failed. Check the error logs and see when it failed and re-run the archiving manually from that day.
you neeed to manually do the daily first. Look at the error logs and run the daily archiver for the days that failed. Weekly archiver starts from Sunday-Saturday. So if for example Friday failed, you need to run friday and saturday and then run the weekly. If that does not work, you may have some corruption in the informix database. The answer to that is $$$ if you don't have service span contract with Avaya.
