CMS Forecasting access

Hi all

I've recently installed CMS Forecasting and it is working well when used directly from the CMS Server. However I do not want to give the users direct access to the server and they would like to run these reports. I have checked under user permissions > Feature access and they have full permissions to it, but am unsure on how they can access it.

My question I guess really is it possible to access Forecasting reports from the CMS Supervisor application, and if not how would you suggest I enable access.

You don't want them to access Avaya CMS Terminal either ?

Hi,

True I would prefer if they didn't access the server using CMS Terminal. Although if this is the only way to access the forecasting reports then I might have to think about opening up access for them, but only in a last case situation.
