Has anyone seen this error before: IPC error on shared memory shmdt

It's not in the CMS admin manual, if anyone has a better reference manual for CMS errors, I'd appreciate it!

Are you seeing this error on the CMS server or a Windows based workstation? schmdt is a shared memory reference and IPC is most likely inter process communications.

If you are seeing this on your CMS server, when is the last time you rebooted CMS? You should reboot every 90 days if not sooner. Rebooting the server might fix your problem if it is a UNIX socket IPC issue.

Just a thought. I have not seen this error before.
