CMS error 5

Hi all,

Can anyone help with this. A user cannot connect to CentreVu Supervisor to run reports.
They get the error message....

The operation could not be completed
Error 5
Location : Main_DoAction

Wer'e using Ver 12 on the CMS. Box is sun OS 5.8 and the software is v11.0 FN02
This has been running on everyone elses PC for some time without issues. I can log in using their profile so it's not that.

Hi ,
a few questions in return

- What is the operating system
- You need to use V12 CMS supervisor

version 11 FN is not compatible as 12 is a complete new release.. that it might work is maybe luck you really need 12
