Hi,

Is it possible to change the table of the existing designer report?
Example, the current report uses 'dagent' table. I want to have the same report use 'hagent' table.

Thanks n regards,
Jigar

I am not sure about designer reports via CMS Supervisor, but if you have terminal emulator, you can go into custom reports - Edit Report and then find the report you want.

Once you have found the report, you go into screen painter and can change the fields, tables, information and data. Once you have changed the fields, you are able to test design to see if it works.

Hi jghadiali

This should be as straight forward as you descibed i do this all the time when changing reports.
I normally copy the query and find and replace then copy it back in as long as you remember to change all stats involved and the totals and dont see this being a problem

Guys,

Thanks for the help, but I want to change the table used using CMS Supervisor only.

How can that be achieved?

regards,
Jigar

Open your report and from the report menu choose design.
Goto edit menu choose queries
You should have two queries one for your data interval and one for your totals make sure you go into both
you should them be able to copy each query item one at a time into notepad and do a find replace or directly change the query when you edit it.
