Has anyone ever heard of CMS being able to deny an agent from logging into the PBX, due to the # of CMS Measured ACD Members being maxed out. What else would be a factor? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Absolutely. If the CMS data storage allocation is set for less then the maximum number of agents you are trying to log in then you will get this message. You will need to either modify the data storage allocation (assuming you have sufficient RTU on the CMS) or stop measuring some splits.

I have experienced this problem before. It came down to us purchasing more RTUs for agent logins in the switch. What CM version are you running?

Do a display capacity from CM

Look for CMS measured ACD members, if you are reaching this limit it will prevent agents from logging in.

Do your agents have multiple skills assigned to them?
