Hi,

Can anybody tell me the reason about the error messages as below:

1902,"2006-2-28",15:30,8,1,"INFO","CALL RECORD ERROR: Call rate exceeded capacity: 965 calls not transmitted"
1902,"2006-2-28",15:00,7,1,"INFO","CALL RECORD ERROR: Call rate exceeded capacity: 235 calls not transmitted"
1902,"2006-2-28",14:30,6,1,"INFO","CALL RECORD ERROR: Call rate exceeded capacity: 782 calls not transmitted"
...

Thank you!

Hi Mark,

As you can see, the error-type is INFO (so not really a mistake!) You should check in your CMS system setup (data storage allocation) how many call records you have assigned. Apparently not enough as your call rate exceeded the capacity.

This is no tragedy: all reports except for the internal call record report still have the exact information.

If you need to have the call record info & you cannot expand your internal call records, you should look at an ODBC solution to pull the external call records from CMS

regards,

Tiramisu

this isn't about storage allocation, it is a limitation of the internal call record interface. CMS does not collect call record data if the call rate exceeds 400 calls per 20 minutes. to collect ALL call record data, you need to purchase the External Call History Interface and have CMS dump call record data to an external source.
