CMS Abandoned Call Report

I added 'Redirect No Ans' column to a historical 'Agent Group Summary Daily' Report through Designer Report. I ran the report and Agents that had abandoned calls captured split into multiple rows and the ones that didn't have abandoned calls stayed in one row. The figures (rows that had abandoned calls captured) captured under the '% Agent Occupancy w/ACW' & '% Agent Occupancy w/o ACW' were big, 5-digits, whereas the row that didn't have abandoned calls stayed with 1-2 digit. Help appreciated.
