CMS 16.2 DSA - Number Of Call Records Missing

Hi all,

I seem to be missing an option in Data Storage Allocation.

I can't set the number of call records, simply because the option isn't there.

Is this an option to purchase or must an option be turned on somewhere?

ECH is not turned on!
 
Internal call records is not a cost option rather you need to tab through the other times or scroll down as it is beyond the last item of the first visible page.

From Avaya CMS Help File:

Number of call records

The number of call records the system stores for a selected ACD.

If the Avaya CMS Call History Interface product has been purchased and installed, another computer can be used for storage and analysis of the call records. This field then represents the amount of buffer space set aside on the CMS server that is used to collect the call records prior to transmission to the other system.

So this appears to only apply to the ECH feature.
