Good Morning All,
I am having trouble remembering how to fix this small issue. I just added 12 newnumbers to my G450/S8300 cmm 6.3 and the extensions in the 01xx group are having an issue with Audix asking for extension and password when the call is forwarded to vm. A call comes in and if it goes unaswered or the line is busy it goes to audix just fine but instead of playing the users message it says "your call is being answered by audix please enter your extension and password". I keep verifying the stations are all set up the same and the pub/priv is programmed correctly, What am I missing?

Numbers need to be defined in the public or private unknown numbering tables depending on how your system is setup.

change private 4 ext 0

lopes1211 thanks for the response! I just verified that was put in and it still says your call is being answered by audix for help at any time press *h ETC.

Any other ideas?

I think so, Where would I look for that?

After you log into Audix - at the "command" prompt, type "display machine" and enter - what is showing?

However...I would think you could not add the voicemail boxes w/out the ranges being in there.

There is no option to enter disp mach. I am logged in through the web portal. I already had the ext's programed in, you are correct audix wouldn't let em even create a box without that being done. The wierd thing is I sent a test message from the Diagnostics tab (mail delivery)to the vm box and it was recieved correctly. I am at a loss! Maybe a reboot will fix this issue?

Demanding and Lopes1211,

Thank you very much for all your help I finally got it to work. Lopes1211 your original post was correct I forgot and put the area code and prefix on the pub numbering form and after removing it and changing the CPN length to 4 everything worked! you guys are AWESOME!
