CMM 6.3 Unable to forward a message to another subscriber 1

CMM embedded voicemail on an S8300. Everything works with the exception of the ability to forward a msg to another subscriber.
System response- extension not valid!

change the ldap password at the start? postmaster/shadow mailboxes build out right?

If this means I have to create a postmaster mailbox, I have not.

Found some info on shadow/postmaster in the documentation.
I will give it a try when I am on site.

yeah, i've had the argument with people doing it for the first time. "why do i have to change the ldap password? who cares about a postmaster mailbox? voicemail works!"
