CMM 6.3 Caller Bypass Greeting?

Hi. Can anyone please help me with this?
Is there a way that a caller who is forwarded to a voicemail box can bypass having to listen to the mailbox greeting?
For example, instead of listening to a long greeting, can I press 1 or 2, etc, to go straight to the mailbox to leave a message?
