I can not figure out what is causing my probelm.I have an 1861 Intergrated Services Router, running 7.1 Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, My Ios is Version 12.4(11r)XW3.This Router is tied back to a 2851 which is my gateway back to a Nortel option switch, Via Metro Ethernet. My incoming calls are DIDs Coming from the nortel Pbx. I call out by using Local Fxo ports on the 1861. The trouble that I can not figure out is about ever other week incoming calls will ring a half ring on the phones.Then I can not call out or call in, it acts like all lines are in use. I have to reload router to get back to normal operation.Then everything will been fine for about another week then it will happen again.
 
have you tried a different IOS? For voice you want to stick with T version IOS or you'll have issues.
 
Just loaded new Ios going to let in run for a week or two and see what happens .
