We have just started deploying the J179's with JEM24 add on for secretarial staff and adding Bridged appearances to the set . The complaints we are getting is when a call comes in from a bridged appearance when answered it moves the whole screen of the JEM over to the J179 ?? Anyway to get around this ?

Couple of things...SET FBONCASCREEN 1 may be part of the issue on the 46xxsettings file. The other is, if the phone is H.323 then the main screen will always want to show call appearances or bridged call appearances. That is why we set secretary phones main screen to FULL (SET PHNSCRCOLUMNS 0) so that the bridged appearances stay over on the expansion modules.
