?? CM6 Equivalent to Nortel MSL100 Preset Conf

I have been asked by a customer who was using MSL100 Nortel switch who used Preset Conf feature, how they can now call a virtual number that rings on a preset number of phones until everyone answers bringing them into a conference call. They are now on Avaya Communication Manager 6.2.

This is used when an emergency situation has occurred and they need to speak to everyone immediately at the same time to bring everyone up to speed on the situation and interact with everyone

Any advise would be appreciated.

Collaboration Environment has this functionality... Rapid Team formation, but they have to be a the latest release of CM though.
