we have a CM 6.3 x system with Call Center and using VDN / Vector for AA menu tree options as well ( just easier for AA menus )
never really noticed if this is normal behavior / expected but we are seeing ANI Caller ID on calls - until they are answered when passing through VDN / VE treatment
the ANI Caller ID then disppears and shows the users Caller ID ( internal ) when answered if passing through a VDN / Vector treatment
normal Direct calling not passing through a VDN / VE treatment are fine and ANI Caller ID remains on the call for the duration when answered
we at least see the original ANI Caller ID on the incoming call but not after answering -
apologies for even asking the question if not an issue.
