Hi

Lost the plot today

Auth files for VSP Dom0 and C Dom and CM do I have to create one for each one ?

or uploading one in system platform covers the whole lot ?

been told I need to add one for each product to get a product ID for Avaya

Cdom web interface covers the lot.

but it puts the same Product ID on all of them ?

cm - vsp and util have the same prod ID , is that right

so i thought you meant dom 0 & cdom .. cdom covers the whole VM , what platform are you installing the templates on?

Maybe for some, but I've done GRT registrations for cdoms and dom0 platforms and they sent a product ID in that.
To be fair, I don't do it often and it's not all onboarded yet, but I'd presume if GRT send a product ID and SEID for SAL that it'd work.
