CM: Need DID number to be display for EC500 feature

Dear All,

I have activated EC500 feature on my extension somebody when calls on my extension I do get call on mobile with Office Board line number instead of my Extension DID number.

Is there any configuration missed out by me please help me out for this issue.

The number that should display is the number of the person calling you. Not your extension.

Is that not what you are seeing?

Thanks for your response, I need my office extension number needs to be displayed on my mobile instead of my office Pilot number or the calling number.

Sorry to jump in here, but that doesn't make too much sense. Wouldn't you want to see who was calling you? Why would you want to see your extension displayed when someone calls you?

Ours was setup to show your office phone number I guess so you would know it was an EC500 call coming in. I'm guessing your Trunk configuration controls which number is displayed on the caller-id of an EC500 incoming call.
