CM Messaging (IA770) Outcalling not working "right"

CM 5.2 on a S8300C/G700.

I've been over field for field of the Integration notes. I match the notes everywhere. Outcalling works, meaning, it will call out, but when it does there is no VoIP (just dead-air) and it does not respond to touch-tones. If it was a codec problem or IP path issue, it's been my experience that touch tones will still work even if I can't hear anything.

There's been a couple of post indicating the same problem, but none on 5.2. I've also ensured my settings are the same as those suggested in the other posts (or tried it and changed it back) without any success.

I've enabled outcalling on the "Outcalling Options" screen, but I noticed that "System Evalutation" report says the following...

FEATURE OPTIONS:
Messaging Application ON
Number of Mailboxes Purchased 450
voice_ports 8
Outcalling OFF

Outcalling's off? It's enabled and mostly working. How can it be off? I've checked the license and there is no setting for this on the license file. I've reset the S8300. I've stopped and started the messaging software. I've also disabled and enabled outcalling on the "Outcalling Options" screen.

Anyone got any idea's why it's not giving me the TUI when the system outcalls? Thanks in advance!
