Fellow mentors, while I am not new to Telco / SME PBX's...Lucent, Avaya, Nortel.. I am new to CM. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction to learn CM. Tutorials, white papers, cheat sheets for command line syntax, basic commands for MAC work. Your efforts will point me along further in my career and will be grateful.
