CM: External Calls Through CS1K

Hello Everyone:
I am new in CM.
CM and CS1k are linked by SIP trunks, but only CS1K is linked to PSTN.
We make external calls from CS1K as follows:

*+access code+09+external number

Where:

*=aut
access code=5 digits.
09=ac1

we want to make external calls from CM through CS1K dialing *+access code+09+external number

How do I configure "*" in CM to send access code and the rest to make external calls through CS1K?
