CM connection to PMS and external VMail server

Hello,

does anyone have experience with connection CM to hotel's PMS system and CM to external VMail server.

CM has built-in hospitality features (wake-up, check-in/out, do-not-disturb, PMS interface…). Is it possible to connect CM directly to PMS system or it is necessary to use some interface software between CM and PMS?


In case of using external VMail server is it necessary to connect Media GW via analog links to VMail server (like it is in application note for FCS WinSuite) or it can be done over LAN network?
