CM 6 more than one recording port registration failure

Avaya ACR 10.1 having 2 port license and was working well using ondemand recoding feature. Now only one softphone for recoding registering to CM. Second softphone registration request from AES server rejecting CM. Error message from CM denial event 1961. Kindly help me to register second softphone port for recording server.
 
Interesting problem. The only thing I could find for that denial event:

Gatekeeper request rejected because of failure to build a GateKeeper Confirm (GCF) message (internal software error)

If you've got maintenance, check with Avaya. A good reboot couldn't hurt depending on how easily you can do something like that. There's probably something deeper in the logs that they'd understand as to why you're getting that message.

Just for fun - can you register a real telephone to that extension in CM? That could let you know CM is OK
Do you have the TSAPI client? That is an app that could let you register that phone through AES and make calls with it. Could let you know AES is ok.

I did reboot AES and Contact Recorder. It's not making any changes. I will try to register a real telephone to CM.
 
On 2nd thought - that last comment about the TSAPI client was probably inaccurate - it was late! The TSAPI client lets you connect to AES with the TSAPI account ACR uses, and lets you have 1 phone call another - but I don't think it actually lets you register the telephone in question. The DMCC SDK probably has a sample application that lets you do that, but I haven't played with it and sounds like a lot more trouble than its worth.
