CM 5.2.1 Service Packs

I'm running CM5.2.1 SP 8 (18855), can I upgrade straight to the latest SP 15 (20445) in one shot?

I'm having troubling finding all the in-between Service Packs on the Avaya download site.

Yes, you should be able to upgrade directly to SP15. There are rare circumstances where a previous CM service pack might have to be loaded first but you would find this in the release notes.

Note: Avaya made a significant change to the way DSP resources are selected starting in SP12. This can have a major impact on your system. Do not upgrade until you fully understand the change and have reviewed your IP-Network-Regions. Look at the SP12 release notes.
