CM 5.2.1 Old CDR reports

Hi,

We are having a CDR system with CM 5.2.1 and working fine.Two days back there was a power failure. After that we are missing the reports of two days from the CDR Application. How can we get those missed reports from Avaya CM.

You can't

CM buffers the data to your collection device. There is nowhere in the switch
that stores more than the hardware platform's CDR buffer size.
