We need to be able to supply accurate call start times to a call recorder via CDR. Does Cm 5.2.1. have the ability to have a seconds field in the CDR record? Right now it looks like it only does hours and minute.

call duration is hour min tenth_of_minute (1 = 6 seconds)
a five second call will show 0 tenths

Thanks. I did read that about the call duration. The call recorder is keying on the call start time which is a different field than call duration. Can the call start time field be expanded?

month day hour minute is all you get for time. duration expands to tenths of a minute.
