Can anyone tell me the best way to get the root p/w's from my servers?
Have a CM 4.0....Any help is appreciated.

By default root is disabled on Avaya Linux servers.
This can be changed to enabled. Avaya also offers control of sroot by cust login.

dadmin@s8730-b> grep Customer-Root /etc/opt/ecs/ecs.conf
Customer-Root disabled

[cust@s8730-b cust]$ sudo /sbin/av_access -d
Disabling Avaya Services SROOT login level access may limit Avaya Services
ability to maintain and troubleshoot problems on this system. If you feel
that this script was run in error, then run 'av_access --enable' to grant Avaya
Services access.
Code:
[cust@s8730-b cust]$ man av_access
