CM 3.1.4 IPSI Keep Alive

I have been looking all over. How do i change the IPSI keep alive timer. Is this a setting i need to change on the IPSI board its self? or is it some thing i can do through Site administration

On CM 4, it is change system-parameters ipserver, but on CM 3.1.4, you still need Avaya to change it for you. Hope that helps.
