Hi there.
TLDR:
/var/log is full and since we are not root, we can't purge some big files in order to restart and be able to log into the SMI.
Is there any way we can purge the logs ourselves without involving Avaya in such an old unsupported system?
Now, a bit of background:
We are currently migrating a customer from an old unsupported CM 3.1.2 to IP Office R11.1.
In order to do that, we first need to connect both PBX's with an H.323 trunk. Trunk is configured and working properly, but now we need to change the dialplan analysis and add an entry for 'aar'. Such entry needs us to activate a FAC in the SMI and we just noticed the SMI is not available because /var/log partition is full.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
