We have 3 port networks in the main location and 2 port networks on remote ESS switch. We are looking for a way to dial the same four digit number (our extensions are 4) that would ring the local helpdesk. Lets say 4444 would ring 5001-5005 if you were in the first port networks and 4444 would ring 6001-6005 if you were in the ESS port networks. Any clean way? The ranges of extensions in the two sets of port networks are distinct. There is also a time question, the main location is manned for 2 hours before the remote, could we have the remote Port Networks reach the 5001-5005 from 8-10 ESt and their 6001-6005 all other times?

You should be able to accomplish this with location based routing.

You can have ARS aar set up one way for location 1 and a different way for location 2 etc.

This is done through location based routing and should be available to you at your release.

We did it with a VDN to vector with 2 VRT tables, 1 containing 5??? for me and one with 6XXX for ESS. Thanks for the brain time...
