Yep, crazy someone is still using this release. And I am getting the privilege of reloading their system.

Does anyone have this release package available squirreled away somewhere?

Server is down, don't yet know everything but planning for the worst. It's an S8500B.

s8500b can be single or dual NIC card and also has an internal SAMP which needs correct SAMP Firmware

cm2.2.2 = 122.0 samp-update-AVAYA_S8500_1_0_SP4.tbz <--(8500B only)

If you have customer flashcard or ftp backups, I can build you a replacement plug n play s8500B

It appears, they have no backup, they move the flash reader elsewhere. I'm waiting to go on site tomorrow and see exactly what is happening.

What would be your turnaround JIC?
