Cluster Recovery Documentation

hi all Aix and Ha gurus
i have a customer with requirement of a precise
document to restore a cluster to its functional
state after Disaster.(2 node rotating cluster)
I have a broader idea like that:
1.Restore shared vg backup
2.Restore latest mksysb on each node.
3.Apply latest snapshot
4.Restore latest data backups.
5.Start Hacmp
Is it correct or need some more steps
