want to remove CWND DNDY DNO3 from CLS pls tell me how it's possible

Don't think so, you might need a level 3 password to get a the Unix on the Nortel

thnks for the reply I think if i recreate the exten then dndy & dno3 won't be there

And if that doesn't work, then change DNDY to DNDN, CWND to CWNA, and the DNO3 you could change to DNO1 or DNO2.
