Need some advise on the cause of this error message.
This issue happened last week. So far 6 of my users were affected; all when opening Customers and/or Customer Activity.(Currently running on ACCPAC 5.5)
No changes were done to their ACCPAC installation, PCs, ODBC settings or any other updates.
Managed to resolved this issue by rerunning RegAcc.exe file under Administrator mode. But would like to know what is the possible cause of it ?
