Is it possible to lock all the director files in your CD so that when you hand it out to people they can't open them and see them???
If the answer is yes please tell me how?

use the protect files option, it changes the file extension to *.dcr or something (I think, haven't needed to do it for a very long time) that so you goto movie cammands will need to reflect this.

You can use the option "Update movies..." from the Xtras menu... This will protect your Movies (*.dir) and external Casts (*.cst)... The resulting files will be renamed as *.dxr and *.cxt respectively... You don't have to worry about renaming them for branching (i.e. Goto or Play or Open) because Director (the Projector) is taking care of it (ex.: if you have a script "Open movie "myMovie.dir" then it will look for and open also the file "myMovie.dxr&quot...
