close or ignore error when opening foxpro database 1

I got a new windows98 computer and moved my foxpro files and a setup.exe for foxpro to it from my windows95 computer via my network. I then ran the setup.exe on the windows98 computer and when I open foxpro I get a close/ignore error. If I choose ignore it allows me to work in the database (this was created by someone else) but I get the error everytime I open it. Also the window does not extend to fit the screen yet it did on my windows95 computer (I am using the same monitor). Is there a setting that I need to use, or something I missed in the install?
Please help me with this if possible.
