Can anyone help

I have created a logged in table in my DB which appends details of the user logged on to a table and then when they log off (via a coded command button) runs a delete query so at any point I can see who is logged on

This works fine but then users often click the cross in the top right hand corner or File.....Exit and the delete query doesn't run

Is there any way to code the delete query to run regardless of how the user exits the DB / Microsoft access

Thanks
